Advent Blessings - 2025

In this holy season of Advent,
We turn our hearts once again to the mystery of God’s love made manifest in Jesus Christ. Born into poverty, into a troubled world, into vulnerability—Christ came not in power, but in mercy. He came so that love might take on flesh, dwell among us, and draw us all into its healing light.
At Episcopal Charities, we see that light every time a hungry neighbor is fed, every time a struggling family is housed, and every time a wounded soul is restored. These are glimpses of the incarnation in our lives —love made visible in acts of compassion.
This Advent, as we prepare our hearts to receive Christ anew, please consider a gift to support the work of Episcopal Charities.
Your gift becomes a manifestation of God’s love in the lives of the most vulnerable among us in the Diocese of Chicago.
Supporting the work of Episcopal Charities enables us to live out our faith by extending Christ’s compassion to those in need. Through practical assistance and programs that uplift communities, Episcopal Charities transforms lives by providing essential services, support, and hope to the most vulnerable among us.
